Manny took over the helm at the Jimmy’s Bettendorf location in 2016 when Jim opened his Moline location. Our Havarti cheese is shipped in from Denmark where even the cows smile! This cheese ages beautifully and takes on a mild, nutty flavor. The family has since perfected its reputation.

Prices are really high for breakfast food that costs minimal to prepare. Service is wonderful and the atmosphere is nice and comfortable. All of the soups and salads are homemade, and the Greek Villager’s Salad, made in the traditional Greek style without any lettuce, is served with pita bread.

He began with washing dishes, and after learning the ins and outs of what it takes to run a restaurant, eventually became the owner. The pancake house will be closed for two weeks, beginning Friday, and is expected to reopen on Aug. 4 at which time progress is expected to be sufficient to allow business to resume.
